- Coverage: Every Essential and Pro device includes a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
- Resolution: For any product found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement in a timely manner to ensure your light therapy routine remains uninterrupted.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our standard warranty excludes consumable items and certain replacement parts. However, all accessories are backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards upon arrival.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
